DAILY CLEANING SERVICES
The success of a daily cleaning service is organisation, a clear work programme, trained staff, providing the tools and materials to do the job with regular checking and management of service.
CARPET, UPHOLSTERY & FLOOR CLEANING
Carpets and upholstery come in all styles and constituent materials, we use a mixture of techniques to suit the situation, being wet extraction, steam and dry clean. Hard Floors need expert care and we have fully trained skilled staff to strip, seal or scrub your surface so that is safe, has a great appearance and extends its working life.
SPECIALIST CLEANING SERVICES
Cleaning that is not required daily but needs to be done for health and safety or maintaining overall appearance are our speciality. Works include kitchen and duct deep cleans, factory act cleans, window cleaning, high level structure cleaning. These are completed by our specialist directly employed staff. All works are undertaken on a permit to work basis and pre booked calendarised and undertaken at times that are convenient so that there is a minimum of interruption to your use of the area or building.
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
We are well equipped to deal with clients environmental requirements, from waste management to recycling reports and statistics to help with your own internal ISO auditing processes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
We provide and manage a number of additional services including Washroom Supplies, Feminine Hygiene, Pest Control, Window Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance. The use of approved sub-contractors is kept to a minimum, keeping costs down and greater management control of the service.
